Job Summary:

Delicate Homecare Agency is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) with Trach and/or Vent experience to join our team. We are looking for dedicated nurses to work with a few cases including urgent need to fill our school cases during the day and for weekend shifts. This role provides an opportunity to deliver high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes, making a real difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to patients with tracheostomy and ventilator needs.

Assist with personal care and monitor the patient's vital signs.

Administer medications and maintain knowledge of medication reactions and dosage requirements.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Provide thorough patient assessments and report changes in patient condition to the supervising care team.

Assist physicians and other medical staff during care when needed.

Ensure all charting and documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with agency policies.

Be dependable and punctual for all scheduled shifts.

Qualifications: Active RN License in good standing. Trach/Vent Experience is required. Proven hands-on care experience, preferably in a homecare setting. Ability to work independently while following established care plans. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Compassionate, respectful, and ethical in providing patient care.
