Title: Regulatory Compliance Manager

Location: 5x a week on-site on the Oregon Coast (Relocation Assistance Provided)

Compensation: Up to $170K in base salary + benefits + relocation assistance

Key Qualifications:

• Gaming Compliance Expertise – Strong knowledge of Class 2 & Class 3 regulations, NIGC, IGRA, and state-level gaming laws.

• Business & Regulatory Acumen – Ability to align compliance with operational goals, not just enforce regulations.

• Stakeholder Management – Comfortable working with executives, regulators, and internal teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.

• Industry Background – Gaming experience preferred, but open to regulated industries (banking, financial services, government compliance).
