Job Description
This position will involve all types of planning, inspection, design, training, technical support, and compliance assistance services related to Colorado Discharge Permit Systems (CDPS) and other state or National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) regulations and permit holders. The role requires technical knowledge and understanding of Clean Water Permits and the federal Clean Water Act (CWA) along with the skills to administer water, wastewater, and stormwater regulatory programs. The candidate will work collaboratively with a team of regulatory compliance specialists to deliver compliance solutions and translate regulatory language into actionable common language. Compensation: Typical salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000. Compensation for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may be outside of the range shown.
