Job Description
This position involves many types of planning, inspection, design, training, technical support, and compliance assistance services related to Colorado Discharge Permit Systems (CDPS) and other state or National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) regulations and permit holders. The role requires technical knowledge and understanding of Clean Water Permits and the federal Clean Water Act (CWA), along with the skills to administer water, wastewater, and stormwater regulatory programs. The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will work collaboratively with a team of Regulatory Compliance Specialists to deliver compliance solutions and translate regulatory language into actionable common language. Compensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise. The typical salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000. Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package. RESPEC is a 100 percent employee-owned company and employees are eligible for participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after a qualifying period.
