    The Regulatory Specialist will be the point person in preparing and generating regulatory permits interfacing between engineering, operations and regulatory agencies which include BSEE, BOEM, USCG with emphasis on decommissioning activities involved in well and pipeline permits (EOR's WAR's and others).

    Keys/Qualifications for success include:

    • Exp. w/BSEE & BOEM permitting incl. preparing/submitting regulatory submittals
    • BS Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
    • 5+ years' exp. in Gulf of Mexico Regulatory permitting experience (Shelf  & Deepwater)
    • Knowledge of TIMS Web submittals and or preparing GoM Permits (well, pipeline, structural, facility applications)
    • Familiar with & produce APMs, EORs, Weekly Activity Rpts
    • Professional & proven communication skills, ability to maintain and establish productive rapport with regulatory professionals
    • Proactive personality style and ability to respond to occasional critical operations needs including non-standard working hours
