**ABOUT THE POSITION:
**
As a Regulatory Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our cosmetic products comply with all applicable regulations and standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Control, and Purchasing.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:
**
Monitor and interpret relevant regulations, guidelines, and industry standards for cosmetic products.
Ensure all products meet regulatory requirements prior to market launch.
Maintain organized records and documentation for compliance purposes.
Prepare and submit regulatory documents, including product registration applications, safety assessments, and labeling requirements to regulatory authorities.
Collaborate with R&D and product development to ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle, providing regulatory input during product development, formulation, labeling, packaging and marketing claims.
Develop and implement regulatory strategies for new product launches and product changes, ensuring timely submission and approvals.
Review and approve product labels to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements and marketing claims.
Support internal and external audits by maintaining organized documentation and providing necessary information during inspections.
Educate internal teams on regulatory requirements and best practices.
Investigate and address regulatory issues or non-compliance matters that arise, working with teams to develop and implement corrective actions.

**Experience:
**
Previous experience in a quality control role within the cosmetic or personal care industry is preferred.
2+ years of experience in regulatory affairs within the cosmetic or personal care industry is a plus.
Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and other relevant international regulations.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)
