    Role

    As a Regulatory Specialist (also known as Regulatory Affairs Specialist, Compliance Specialist), you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our cosmetic products comply with all applicable regulations and standards. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Control, and Purchasing. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and interpreting relevant regulations, ensuring product compliance, maintaining organized records, preparing regulatory documents, and collaborating with R&D and product development to ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry or related field.
    • Previous experience in a quality control role within the cosmetic or personal care industry is preferred.
    • 2+ years of experience in regulatory affairs within the cosmetic or personal care industry is a plus.
    • Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and other relevant international regulations.
    • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams).
