    Job Summary:

    The Rehab Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the rehab projects for the property. This role involves working closely with the property manager, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Planning and Coordination:

    • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, and timelines.
    • Coordinate with property managers to identify rehabilitation needs and priorities.
    • Schedule and oversee the work of contractors, vendors, and maintenance staff.

    Budget Management:

    • Prepare and manage project budgets.
    • Track expenses and ensure projects are completed within budget.
    • Approve purchase orders and invoices related to rehab projects.

    Contractor and Vendor Management:

    • Select and negotiate contracts with contractors and vendors.
    • Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project specifications.
    • Resolve any issues or disputes with contractors and vendors.

    Quality Control:

    • Inspect ongoing and completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.
    • Conduct final inspections and ensure any deficiencies are corrected.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and company policies.

    Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and final reports.
