    Job Description

    RFG Account Executives are on the front line as the face of the company working with our prospects and repeat investors to help assess their situations then guide them to the best RFG loan product or products to achieve their goals. A successful candidate will have a strong focus on making connections with customers to understand their business goals combined with a deep understanding of the real estate investment business, initiative, and a sense of urgency to respond quickly in providing solutions that drive loan closings for the mutual benefit of RFG and our investors. Also necessary are having the skills necessary to engage professionally and successfully with new investors, building strong relationships and earning repeat business. A natural enthusiasm for teamwork, the world of real estate investing and the power it offers our customers to drive the growth of RFG are also key traits that our successful account executives must possess.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Minimum 1 – 3 years of professional sales experience in the financial lending industry
    • Experienced in a fast-paced inbound and outbound environment
    • Positive attitude, high energy, and persistence
    • Prior real estate and/or lending services experience
    • Strong computer skills, comfortable with technology
    • Experience building customer relationships via phone and digital communications
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to work efficiently and effectively from home in a remote environment while partnering well with your RFG teammates
    • Flexibility to work hours in response to customer needs

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Prospects new investment lending opportunities from supplied and/or self-derived sources
    • Masters and leverages all training materials, reference tools and other resources to provide accurate and up-to-date loan program/policy information to external customers and referral sources
    • Updates CRM to show progress on every lead/source
    • Provides complete loan applications’ packages to Opening & Underwriting
    • Ensures exceptional customer experience by working with processing & underwriting to oversee loan process from origination to close
    • Provides proactive communication to customers
    • Achieves production goals as established by RFG management
    • Completes all assigned training activities
    • Conducts calling campaigns to all past, present, future and prequalified rehab loan clients for the purpose of additional rehab loans and refinance loan opportunities
    • Assesses client’s financial position to prequalify before loan submission into processing
    • Participates in sales meetings or events as necessary
    • Provides marketing ideas and suggestions to supervisor and/or management team

    TRAINING

    • Loan Officer will receive up to 6 months of training in processes and procedures used by Rehab Financial Group.
