HealthSource Chiropractic is looking for a Rehab Specialist to lead our corrective exercise programs while being fully cross-trained in front desk operations, including insurance and basic sales to ensure seamless patient flow and clinic efficiency.

This role is perfect for someone who loves movement and enjoys working closely with patients. While your primary focus will be rehab, you’ll also be trained in front desk operations and patient education so you can confidently assist with scheduling, financial discussions, and the ins and outs of insurance.

What You’ll Do:

Rehab & Patient Care (Primary Role)

Lead patients through corrective exercises, rehab programs, and mobility work.

Apply therapies including spinal decompression, laser therapy, and muscle stimulation.

Educate patients on movement mechanics, injury prevention, and recovery strategies.

Assist with patient screenings, custom orthotics, and functional assessments.

Ensure smooth patient flow from rehab to adjustments.

Front Desk (Cross-Trained Role)

Step in as needed to manage front desk operations, including scheduling and patient check-ins.

Discuss treatment plans and financial options with confidence and professionalism.

Assist with insurance verification, payments, and basic sales conversations about wellness packages.

Engage in clinic marketing, social media outreach, and patient education to promote services.

What You Need:

Experience in exercise science, rehab, personal training, or kinesiology preferred (or a strong willingness to learn!).

High energy and adaptability to switch between rehab, front desk, and financial discussions as needed.

Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people recover and feel their best.

Comfort with basic sales, financial discussions, and patient education on treatment plans.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment where efficiency is key.

Comfort with technology, patient scheduling, and clinic management systems.
