Rehab & Support Worker Location: Missoula, Montana Responsibilities: Providing essential support to individuals on their recovery and wellness journey - Participating in support meetings and engaging in therapeutic activities - Assisting clients with daily tasks such as shopping - Collaborating with Case Managers and Therapists to develop personalized recovery plans - Supporting clients in achieving their recovery objectives Shift Availability: Full-time positions with flexible scheduling - Working hours from Monday to Friday - Daytime shifts available - Choose between five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts Responsibilities: • Driver's License & Insurance: Possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance coverage. • Transportation: Provide transportation for clients to and from their appointments. • Facilitate Group Activities: Lead recovery-based group activities that promote healing and personal growth. • Assessment & Evaluation: Assess and identify barriers that impact clients' ability to live independently or integrate into the community. • Communication Support: Help clients improve their communication skills for better interactions in daily life. • Symptom Management: Work with clients to identify and implement strategies for managing their symptoms effectively. • Social Support Development: Assist clients in developing and strengthening social support systems. • Life Skills Adaptation: Help clients adapt skills across various areas of life, including home, work, education, leisure, and social settings. • Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support during crises to ensure client safety and well-being. • Training & Development: Complete required training sessions, both in-person and online, to stay current with best practices. • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions and progress on a daily basis. • Productivity Standards: Meet established productivity standards for the role. • Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to meet licensing standards. • HIPAA Compliance: Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain the confidentiality of client information. • Meeting Attendance: Schedule and attend necessary meetings to coordinate care. • Attendance: Maintain regular and reliable attendance to ensure continuity of care for clients.
