    ABOUT REHABPATH

RehabPath is a growing mission-driven company based in Madison, WI. We operate mental health-focused websites in a number of markets worldwide. Launched in 2017, we are a rapidly growing company with a scalable and ethical revenue model, product market fit, and customers and audience that span the globe. In February 2022, we closed a Series A financing round led by HealthX Ventures.

Each year, 90% of people who need addiction treatment don't receive it. One of the major reasons is the difficulty in finding a treatment provider, and with people turning to the internet over family, friends, or medical professionals to find care, the opportunity to make an impact is massive. RehabPath makes this difference in thousands of people's lives every month by providing a comprehensive, user-friendly resource for finding addiction and mental health treatment.

HERE'S WHY WE NEED YOUR HELP

RehabPath is continuously building out this resource by adding residential rehabs, outpatient centers, sober living homes, and more to the RehabPath database. We're looking for a Provider Research Specialist, who will primarily be researching treatment providers and adding them to the RehabPath database. This includes finding and entering various information on the provider and writing descriptions about the provider.

HERE'S HOW YOU KNOW YOU'RE BEING SUCCESSFUL

    • You effectively research and gather information on treatment facilities to add to the RehabPath database, helping RehabPath be a comprehensive, trusted resource for addiction, mental health, and recovery.
    • You write about each treatment provider, creating high quality content that is consistent with the brand voice.
    • You write informative and compassionate content that helps people searching for treatment.

WE'LL EXPECT YOU TO DO THINGS LIKE THESE

    • Discover new treatment providers to add to our database so it can be more comprehensive
    • Research information about treatment providers and update or add it to the database
    • Write, as well as revise and edit, according to content style guidelines, so people looking for treatment can better understand a location, treatment provider, and other topics related to treatment
    • Collaborate with others (e.g., sharing ideas, receiving feedback humbly, and complimenting good work)
    • Research the latest industry news and findings
    • Understand writing for the web and for enhancing the user experience
    • Understand the nuances of writing for those looking for treatment and recovery information
    • Collaborate with other teams, such as Customer Success, Product, and Marketing

    1. We receive your application. Thanks! You'll get an email right away letting you know you're in our system.
    2. If we feel there's good potential for us to work together, we'll reach out for a phone call. If not, we'll still send an email. You should hear from someone within 1 week of applying, either way.
    3. If everyone thinks the phone call was positive, our next step will entail one or more interviews but almost certainly fewer than four. We want you to meet your potential manager and get a chance to ask questions of some of your future coworkers.
