JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for managing RehabPulse inbound sales and customer support both in private purchase sales and during the different stages of insurance claim. The online marketplace generates several incoming chats, phone calls and inquiries on a daily basis and these need to be converted into sales by providing excellent support and the right solutions to help the patients with their medical products and mobility needs. The key focus of the role is to provide customer support and right solutions to convert sales leads generated from the RehabPulse marketplace and from the RehabPulse online insurance claim marketplace. As part of customer support team, process orders and assist on post sales customer service enquiries.

THIS POSITION MAY REQUIRE SATURDAY AND SUNDAY WORKING IN LIEU OF ANY TWO WEEKDAYS, STILL HAVING A 5 DAY WEEK. THIS IS MUST HAVE REQUIREMENT AS CUSTOMERS PURCHASE ON WEEKENDS FROM ECOMMERCE MARKETPLACE AND COMPANY ROTATES BETWEEN INSIDE SUPPORT PEOPLE TO WORK ON WEEKENDS.
Competitive salary plus commission
Job Type: Full-time (Can be office or Remote Position). After initial training of 5 weeks the person can work from home if desired 80% of the week. If working on the weekend then work from home.
