Job Description

Busy boutique law firm with a strong client base engaged in various sectors seeks an associate with between 3 and 5 years’ experience corporate and transactional matters.

The ability to draft corporate documents, commercial agreements and work on transactions independently, with minimal supervision, is fundamental. Exposure to commercial litigation and real estate matters is a major plus.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with clients, negotiating with counter parties and working on complex agreements with minimal partner supervision, and should possess excellent drafting skills.

Work will include representing clients in both domestic and cross-border transactions.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, hands-on approach, be a team player and be highly motivated to succeed. The candidate must be prepared to work the hours that the case load dictates at any given time.
