JOB SUMMARY

This position will be responsible for sorting incoming soiled healthcare laundry to prepare for hygienically clean processing; positions in must be comfortable handling soiled linen with bodily fluids and be comfortable meeting all physical aspects of the position. This area includes; moving/weighing linen carts, loading the conveyor belt with soiled linen, sorting soiled linen off of the conveyor linen and washing linen carts. This position requires strong teamwork orientation, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and dedication to maintaining a safe work environment.

SCHEDULE & PAY

FULL TIME, DAY SHIFT

SCHEDULE: 5 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. with 1 – 2 hours overtime required PAY: $16.00 per hour plus additional $0.50 increase after 90 days of employment; benefits eligible
