    Are you a dynamic and driven individual with a knack for building strong relationships? Infinite Build Colorado is looking for a passionate Relations Manager to join our high-energy team! This is a high-volume, relationship-based position where your efforts directly impact your earnings.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create and nurture relationships: with property managers, owners, and landlords.

    • Scope jobs and create estimates: within 24 hours of receiving a request.

    • Build project budgets: and assist the area manager when available.

    • Develop marketing materials: and organize client appreciation events.

    • Maintain a positive and professional image: by wearing business casual Infinite Build attire and engaging in professional communication with clients.

    • Pursue self-development and growth: through books, education, and seminars, including weekly participation in a Toastmasters event to enhance your leadership and communication.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in relationship management, preferably in real estate or construction.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to scope jobs and create estimates within 24 hours.

    • Familiar with budgeting and supporting project management.

    • Basic marketing and event planning experience.

    • Professional appearance and conduct; comfortable in business casual.

    • Self-motivated with a growth mindset; open to books, seminars, and Toastmasters.

    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

    Compensation:

    This is a 100% commission-based role with high earning potential based on performance. Bonuses may apply for meeting monthly goals.

    • Initial Sales Commission: Earn 15-25% commission on profit from all business you bring in. Responsibilities include writing the bid, following up, and closing the deal. Partial commission is earned once the deal is closed, and the final payment is received on a bi-weekly pay period once the job is completed.

    • Repeat Business Commission: Earn a 2% commission on profit for repeat business from connections with property management companies or individuals with more than 5 properties, regardless of who handled the repeat business.

    • Commission Splitting: Commissions can be split with another salesperson or team member if they were part of working a deal, with the split agreed upon by the involved parties and documented accordingly.

    • All commissions must be documented and tracked accurately. Payments will be made on a bi-weekly basis, following the receipt of the first and final payment from the client.
