Company Overview DRYmedic® Restoration Services is a team of experienced disaster restoration professionals. With over 20 years in reconstruction, we know how devastating being displaced from your home can be. We work as efficiently as possible to get our client's property back to its pre-loss condition, without the red tape. Our team will work with the insurance adjuster to ensure the claim is filed properly and accurately. We will ensure the project stays on time and on budget by communicating with the client every step of the way.
Job Summary
We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Relationship Account Manager to join our team!
The Relationship Account Manager drives growth and expands our client base. This role is responsible for making a difference every day by increasing brand awareness and sharing the DRYmedic core values of People helping People!
Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients, including property managers, insurance agents, and contractors through networking, cold calling, and online research.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Brand Education: Effectively educate clients about the competitive advantages of using DRYmedic and promote our services and core values.
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives to achieve targeted goals.
Client Engagement: Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to showcase DRYmedic’s services and value proposition.
Marketing Participation: Increase brand awareness by participating in marketing events, such as professional associations, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education classes.
CRM Management: Utilize marketing software and maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and client information in our CRM system.
Reporting: Provide management with revenue updates, sales activity reports, and market insights related to your assigned sales territory.
Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project transitions and client satisfaction.
Performance Tracking: Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license
