    About the Position

    The Relationship Manager is the expert for his or her assigned accounts. As the voice of the client, the Relationship Manager will understand the lifecycle of current projects, key stakeholders, and clients’ logistical needs. The incumbent will successfully communicate with internal Production and Business Development teams to align resources for optimal execution. The Relationship Manager is responsible for nurturing the business relationship to optimize retention, satisfaction, and engagement with the brand. The role is remote in any of the following states: Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida

    As a Relationship Manager you will…..

    Onboard new clients to Pinnacle: This includes attending kick off meetings, familiarizing new clients with Pinnacle processes, documentation, and service standards, and communicating client priorities within Pinnacle teams

    Support the Production team: Act as the subject matter expert to the India Production team on matters of trade or Canada construction standards. The Relationship Manager will intervene when there is a quality or customer satisfaction concern. Successful resolution requires fluency in construction standards & practices, materials, BIM technology, codes & regulations, fabrication, and Mechanical, Engineering, Plumbing trade experience.

    Represent Pinnacle Infotech: To ensure optimal success for clients, the Relationship Manager will be well versed in Pinnacle service offerings and be positioned to augment the volume of work with cross selling, upselling, or referrals. The Relationship Manager will visit each client on a quarterly basis with the intention of finding new ways to deliver value to the client. In the capacity of a brand ambassador, the Relationship Manager may also represent Pinnacle at various industry events or conduct presentations to clients, prospects, and the broader AEC community

    Contribute to a knowledge database: The Relationship Manager will leverage knowledge about each assigned client’s organizational structure, services, business growth objectives and scope of work to enrich the data in our Customer Relationship Management Database for leadership & Business Development teams.

    Ensure smooth account management: The Relationship Manager will address any business matters on accounts such as delinquent payments, RFPs/proposal submissions, contractual changes, terms & conditions of service

    Offboard clients ensuring adequate documentation, data maintenance, and records are complete

    To be successful in this position the following requirements are strongly preferred…..

    5+ years Architecture, Engineering, Construction industry experience with knowledge of constructability, codes, and construction ecosystem stakeholders (owners, architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers)

    Previous commercial construction project management experience or similar role with exposure to estimation, construction documentation, safety, quality control, materials procurement, obtaining permits & licenses, site inspections, and project schedules

    Proficiency in BIM technology. Revit and Navisworks Manage are the most used tools. Experience with BIM 360, Evolve, Revizto, Procore, Dynamo is desirable
