The Reliability Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our production equipment and processes through effective maintenance strategies, failure analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize the reliability and performance of production equipment, including furnaces, conveyors, crushers, and other machinery.
- Lead Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)analyses to identify critical assets, failure modes, and appropriate maintenance strategies.
- Investigate equipment failures to determine root causes and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Implement and manage condition monitoring programs to assess the health of equipment and detect potential failures early.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure equipment reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in reliability engineering or maintenance engineering within the production industry.
- Strong understanding of reliability principles, maintenance strategies, and asset management techniques.
- Proficiency in reliability analysis tools and methodologies, including RCM, RCA, FTA, and FMEA.
- Knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS) and data analysis software.
