    Job Description

    A crucial role within our organization. A focused and reliable professional, with experience in manufacturing industries, who will oversee all operations and key process projects along side the project leaders.

    The Reliability Engineer will be a key person in the US management team. The individual will be hands on working in a production setting with commercial influence. The daily interaction will be with production, maintenance, and Site Director. Global interaction with our OpEx team will also be instrumental in the development and optimization of our processes.

      • Work with the team as needed in the development, spend and time commitment including payback of capital projects.
    • Optimize the process flow of both plants focusing on continuous operations 7/24
    • Develop and manage the site reliability plans across two primary manufacturing groups, an effluent system.
    • Direct the maintenance teams in both operations to ensure long term reliability of both plants.
    • Works in conjunction with the Production Manager and leadership to schedule predictive/preventative maintenance activities to keep all equipment in good working order.
    • Oversee inventory/parts of the two operations
    • Interact with the Safety and ISO Managers to ensure compliance.
    • Develops and manages the work order system and tracks work orders through completion. Compiles a report related to work order efficiency for the leadership team
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Engineering with at least 3-5 years in a similar role
    • Expertise in reliability platforms with a proven discipline.
    • Process flow, mechanical, electrical and/or maintenance troubleshooting experience is required.
    • A good trouble shooter with industry wide contracts to resolve issues thoroughly and quickly.
    • Leader and team player.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent proven communicator.
    • Experienced and highly organized strategic thinker.
    • Have the ability to work hands on with a manufacturing and commercial team to service the customers.
