  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking a skilled Reliability/Mechanical Integrity Engineer to ensure the safety,

    reliability, and regulatory compliance of mechanical systems and equipment within our plant.

    This role focuses on implementing and managing mechanical integrity programs to prevent

    equipment failures, optimize maintenance strategies, and mitigate risks associated with

    mechanical assets. This position offers an excellent salary, benefits, bonus, and

    Qualifications:

    ? Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field).

    ? Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Fixed Equipment/Mechanical Integrity

    Engineer in a PSM-regulated chemical plant.

    ? Strong knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance, mechanical integrity,

    and asset care.

    ? Extensive experience with NDT (Non-Destructive Testing), Six Sigma, and PCMS

    programs.

    ? Familiarity with industry codes and standards such as API 510, API 570, API 653,

    ASME B31.3.

    ? Ability to work without sponsorship now or in the future.

    Key Responsibilities:

    ? Develop and maintain comprehensive inspection plans and schedules per industry

    codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

    ? Conduct NDT inspections, including penetrant testing (PT), visual testing (VT),

    positive metal identification (PMI), and ultrasonic thickness (UT) measurements to

    ensure structural integrity.

    ? Maintain inspection and test reports (both electronic and hard copy) for mechanical

    integrity of process piping, vessels, and tanks.

    ? Perform regular inspections and assessments of mechanical equipment, including

    pressure vessels, piping systems, storage tanks, heat exchangers, pumps, and

    valves, to identify potential defects, corrosion, and degradation.

    ? Provide technical guidance and recommendations to optimize maintenance

    strategies and improve equipment reliability.

    ? Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to develop and

    implement best practices for equipment integrity and safety.

    ? Ensure compliance with OSHA PSM regulations, industry best practices, and

    company policies.
