Reliant Air Conditioning, one of Dallas–Fort Worth’s premiere heating and air conditioning service providers, is looking for a passionate and service orientated Customer Service Representative to join our team!

As a Customer Service Representative at Reliant you will be responsible for providing unprecedented customer care for all our customers. You’ll connect with our customers, developing relationships, and work towards solving any issues and making sure each and every customer is taken care of.

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Become an expert on the HVAC industry and all the products and services we offer.
• Assess the nature of service issues and resolve everything from basic to complex problems for our customers.
• Schedule service repairs and installations for our customer to ensure their needs are taken care of as quickly as possible.
• Handle and manage multiple conversations, both inbound and outbound, with customers at any given time.
• Utilize several different software platforms to successfully handle every inquiry that crosses your desk.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented position. (Retail, Service Industry, etc.).
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Previous HVAC related experience would be nice, but it’s not a deal breaker.
• Customer focused and results orientated.
• Exceptional writing and speaking abilities to provide clear and empathetic customer support.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and complete them under time constraints.
• Demonstrable strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrable skills working within various computer programs such as but not limited to The Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to change and adapt to current and future responsibilities and circumstances.
• Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment and build effective relationships within the team.
