Remote ABA Recruiter - Contract-to-Hire

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Remote Behavioral Health Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven experience in behavioral health or healthcare recruitment, preferably within a recruitment or staffing firm. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from Utah, Arizona, or Georgia, providing flexibility and autonomy in your work environment.
Responsibilities:
\- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
\- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for available positions.
\- Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
\- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
\- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
\- Provide exceptional candidate care and ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
\- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to behavioral health recruitment.
Qualifications:
\- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
\- 3-5 years of experience in behavioral health recruitment specific to Applied Behavioral Analysis ABA with a focus on sourcing and placing candidates in clinical, counseling, or therapy roles.
\- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and goals.
\- Strong understanding of behavioral health terminology, licensure requirements, and industry-specific challenges.
\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
\- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing time and priorities effectively.
\- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other recruitment tools/software.
Compensation:
$25-$32 per hour depending on experience. Upon hire, the position would be fully benefited with salary and commission, unlimited PTO, affordable health insurance and more!
