Responsibilities: • Provide expert guidance to clients relocating to Santa Monica, CA, assisting them in finding their ideal home and ensuring a smooth transition. • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the Santa Monica community, including neighborhoods, schools, amenities, and market trends, to share valuable insights with clients. • Cultivate relationships with relocation companies, corporations, and local businesses in Santa Monica to create new business opportunities and receive referrals. • Lead clients through the home buying process in Santa Monica, from the initial consultation to the final closing, offering support at every step. • Develop effective marketing strategies tailored to Santa Monica properties, utilizing innovative techniques to showcase listings and attract potential buyers.
