Job Description

RemX is seeking a Recruiter to join a well-established organization located in Richmond, VA.  

This position will require working onsite in Richmond, VA

This position will work with hiring managers in sourcing, screening and hiring decisions.  This role is responsible for creating and initiating hiring plans and coordinating with internal staff/departments to fill job openings. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Advertise and post positions on various internal and external job boards
• Source, screen and interview candidates
• Extend offers
• Initiate background checks
• Work with hiring managers on interview techniques and employment laws
• Utilize applicant tracking system to maintain candidate information
• Provide career counseling, coaching, and tools to employees through internal job services program

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position
• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Previous experience with ATS (applicant tracking systems)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of recruiting techniques to include online and social media recruiting
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast paced work environment
