This Finance Manager will be tasked with P&L oversight to include profitability analytics, reporting, developing forecasts and annual budgets, balance sheet, and cash flow opportunities/risk. Check out more great details below!

    Job Title: Purchasing Manager

    Job Type: Full-time/Direct Hire/In-Person

    Pay: $95,000 - $115,000 annually, depending on experience

    Hours: Days

    As their Finance Manager, you would be tasked with these critical functions:

    • P&L responsibility
    • Review weekly results with site leadership and drive to mitigate additional risks.
    • Ensure month end close deliverables are complete and create month end results package to present monthly variance analytics of actuals to budget and forecast.
    • Reviews account reconciliations and ensure any necessary actions are developed for resolution
    • Review Supply chain analytics and ensure material savings flow to P&L
    • Track Initiatives and labor efficiency metrics.
    • Project Reporting/Analytics
    • Perform annual standard cost review and monthly absorption analysis.
    • Oversee working capital controls/cash forecasting.
    • Ensure Capex controls are in place and is reported accurately.

    We're looking for skilled Finance professionals with the following background profile:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. (MBA is a plus.)
    • 8-12 years experience in Accounting/Finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
    • Ability to 
    • Proficiency with the use Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Detailed knowledge with One Stream or Epicor is a plus.
