Responsibilities: • Oversee and help coordinate remolding construction projects from start to finish. • Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget. • Supervise and support construction crew members on-site. • Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations. • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and management. • Create daily status updates and problem-solve as issues arise. Qualifications: • 4+ years of experience in construction • Working knowledge of start-to-finish remodeling projects across all trades • Familiarity with CRM systems • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. • Strong leadership and communication skills • US work authorization Compensation: $40 - $55 hourly
