    Summary of Responsibilities

    The Remodeling Sales Consultant , which we refer to internally as the “Project Advisor,” will serve as a consultant to homeowners, providing expert guidance on design options, budget planning, and navigating through potential challenges throughout the construction phase, ensuring the project aligns with the client's needs and vision while staying within budget and timelines. Your responsibilities will include selling design agreement, guiding the design process, preparing proposals and pricing alongside the design team, and seamlessly transitioning projects to our production team. This is an in-office position located in Chardon.

    Essential Functions

    • Serve an active participant in the sales funnel. Oversee the qualification process to ensure prospects are qualified or disqualified in accordance with our core values
    • Host in-person meetings to discuss project details and explain our approach
    • Actively participate and engage in internal team meetings
    • Prepare and present proposals
    • Perform comparative benchmarking
    • Monitor and cultivate the client experience to ensure it is in line with our core values
    • Visit construction sites to remain committed to the client experience
    • Serve as an expert on pricing strategy and contracts to ensure they are enforced appropriately
    • Serve as an escalation point for the client. Identify and resolve employee and client issues and escalate appropriately

    Education, Experience, and Skills Required

    • Understand basic principles of architecture, design and construction
    • Willing and able to learn and utilize Sandler sales techniques
    • Great communication, both written and verbal
    • 5+ years in a sales function
    • Consultative sales experience preferred
    • Deep understanding of culture & core values
    • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
    • Proficient in CRMs
    • Hungry, humble, & smart

    Compensation

    • $90,000-$120,000
    • Health insurance, 100% of premium paid
