    Summary of Responsibilities:

    Our new Remodeling Sales Consultant is all about driving new business, building strong client relationships, and getting deals across the finish line. You'll help clients navigate design choices, manage their budgets, and keep everything on track from contract to completion. With our in-home consultations, you'll offer smart, creative solutions that bring their vision to life. Our ideal candidate likes keeping up with the latest industry trends and will stay involved through every stage, ensuring everything runs smoothly. With our dedicated team, you’ll thrive in a collaborative environment where your expertise is essential to our success.

    Essential Functions:

    • Generate leads and pursue new business opportunities 
    • Build and maintain client relationships
    • Negotiate and explain contract terms
    • Close sales and finalize contracts
    • Facilitate design agreements
    • Lead budget discussions
    • Manage client financial expectations (while meeting business goals)
    • Ensure transparency and clear communication throughout the process
    • Understands and can discuss project scope, estimating, and pricing with our client
    • Conduct in-home consultations and assessments
    • Stay updated on industry trends and materials
    • The ability to provide practical, buildable solutions on a residential construction project that aligns with the client’s vision and expectations.
    • Oversee post-sale follow-through and project coordination
    • Collaborate with internal teams (designers, estimators, project managers)

    Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

    • 5+ years' experience in Sales
    • 5+ years of residential construction experience
    • CAD/Chief Architect experience (preferred)
    • Estimating experience (preferred)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Tech-savvy including a knowledge of Project Management software (i.e. Builder Trend or similar)
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • $80,000-$100,000 base salary plus generous incentives
      (earning potential of $125,000-$150,000+)
    • Bonus based on performance
