Estimated 6–10 hours/week | Remote | Freelance/Contractor Role
We’re a creative video agency looking for a highly organized, detail-loving bookkeeper who thrives in a project-based environment. This role starts with a cleanup project and transitions into ongoing monthly work.
If you’re skilled in QuickBooks Online , love bringing order to financial systems, and enjoy supporting creative teams, this might be a great fit.

*This is a freelance position and will require some initially heavier hours at the beginning for cleaning up the books and on-boarding, but then move to a small number of hours per week and is not a full-time job. Hours may fluctuate week to week but once regulated bookkeeping would equal out to 5 -12 hours per week - it could grow to 1-3 hours more potentially - but not guaranteed we will need it. If you are seeking full time employment, this is not the job for you.
