At British Swim School of Northern East Bay, we are seeking a Remote Customer Engagement Specialist who excels in utilizing CRM platforms to enhance customer service and nurture leads effectively. This role will focus on developing and improving our customer service tools by leveraging CRMs to optimize lead nurturing and engagement processes. The ideal candidate has a strong background in CRM systems, understands their potential for customer engagement, and is driven to improve our processes through automation and lead management. While primarily remote, occasional on-site support for events at British Swim School of Northern East Bay may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Communication: Use CRM platforms to track and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat. Manage customer interactions, stepping in when automated solutions are insufficient.

Lead Nurturing: Leverage CRM tools to manage and nurture incoming leads, guiding them through the sales funnel to maximize conversion rates.

System Development: Collaborate in developing and improving our customer service tools using CRM systems, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and report key metrics like lead conversion rates and customer retention to measure the success of CRM and customer service strategies.

Qualifications:

Experience: Prior experience with CRM platforms and lead management is strongly preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace is a plus.

Automation & AI Familiarity: Knowledge of automation tools like Zapier or Make, and experience with AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) is beneficial.

Location: Candidates must be located near our pools in Richmond, El Cerrito, and Walnut Creek, preferably within the Bay Area, Contra Costa or Alameda counties.

Schedule & Compensation:

Availability: Full availability on weekends is required, and during the week, availability is preferred from Monday to Thursday between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

Weekly Hours: 12-16 hours per week.

Pay Rate: Starting at $17 per hour.

Flexible work from home options available.

Each franchise location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee (franchise owner).
