Are you an experienced paralegal with a passion for plaintiff’s personal injury litigation? A boutique law firm in San Francisco is seeking a dedicated paralegal to join their team and play a key role in supporting attorneys and clients through every stage of the legal process.
In this position, you’ll assist with discovery, manage case files, coordinate with clients, and ensure compliance with court deadlines. The firm is looking for someone with a proven track record in personal injury litigation who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support throughout the litigation process, including pre-litigation, discovery, and trial preparation.
Oversee document management, including collection, review, and production.
Draft, file, and organize legal documents, maintaining meticulous case records.
Gather and analyze evidence, working closely with clients to ensure all necessary information is collected.
Coordinate court filings and ensure adherence to deadlines and procedural requirements.
Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and handle other administrative tasks as needed.
Conduct legal research and assist attorneys with case strategy and preparation.
Qualifications:
Experience: Demonstrated success as a paralegal in personal injury or plaintiff’s litigation, with the ability to manage cases from initiation to resolution.
Expertise: Strong understanding of personal injury laws, legal procedures, and discovery processes.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with case management software and legal research tools.
Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
