    Today we are hiring a Remote/Hybrid Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer for our client team in San Francisco, CA.

     

    Job Requirements

    Individual Contributor, Full-stack SWE. Not a problem if you want a leadership role down the line, but currently optimizing for IC.

    4+ years of experience as full stack engineer, or significantly across both frontend and backend. (flexible for exceptional candidates)

    Big plus  - Technical founders, founding engineers or engineers in high-growth companies.

    Has experience at hypergrowth startups (e.g., going from 50 to 1000 employees in 3-4 years)

    Have a track record of staying at companies for meaningful periods (not job hopping yearly)

     

    Education

    Top university education preferred but not required

    Notable achievements outside work (e.g., math competitions, successful side projects)

     

    Hard Skills

    Strong TypeScript experience

    Full-Stack product engineering

    • FE: Next.JS, React, Typescript
    • BE: Node.JS, Typescript

     

    Soft Skills

    Thrives in chaotic environments and can handle ambiguity. Motivated by moving very quickly.

    Ability to compress traditional development cycles (2-week processes into 2 days)

     

    Misc Skill

    Experience owning problems end-to-end, and willing to pick up whatever knowledge is missing to get the job done to ensure both the team and its customers succeed.

    Need to be able to work in San Francisco every day and be willing to put the work to keep up the company's insane growth curve.

    Compensation Salary Range: $150k - $250k + Equity
