    Your Mission:


    Lead with Expertise: Represent clients in workers' compensation proceedings with unmatched skill and knowledge.

    Research & Strategize: Analyze complex legal issues, conduct thorough research, and develop effective strategies.

    Practice: Attend hearings, negotiate settlements, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.


    You Are:


    Experience in Workers' Compensation Defense (Required)

    A Juris Doctor graduate with an active California State Bar membership.

    Proactive, client-focused, and adept at solving intricate legal challenges.

    A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, with a keen understanding of technology.


    Day-to-Day Activities:


    Utilize your tech skills for research, communication, and digital tasks.

    Travel to various work locations and engage with clients.

    Occasionally perform physical tasks, such as moving boxes or files (up to 20 pounds), for office needs.

    Salary: $100,000 - $220,000
