    As a Remote Information Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in the smooth operations of our dental services. Your main responsibility will be to enter data into our internal systems accurately and efficiently, ensuring the integrity and reliability of our patient records. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    \- Enter and update patient information, including personal details, medical history, and treatment plans, into our database

    \- Verify accuracy and completeness of data entered

    \- Maintain and update electronic and paper records

    \- Organize and maintain files and records in a systematic and logical manner

    \- Communicate with our dental team to ensure timely and accurate data entry

    \- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding data entry and record keeping

    \- Participate in training to enhance skills and knowledge in data entry and dental software systems

    \- Other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor

     

    Qualifications:

    \- High school diploma or equivalent

    \- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role

    \- Excellent typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy

    \- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

    \- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems

    \- Strong communication and organizational skills

    \- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines

    \- Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information

    \- Previous experience in the dental industry is a plus
