    $28 per hour

    The Remote Information Input Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting patient information and updating records in our database. This critical position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for helping others.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    \- Accurately input patient information into our database, including demographic information, medical history, and insurance details

    \- Review and update existing patient records as needed

    \- Communicate with other team members and dental providers to gather necessary information and resolve discrepancies

    \- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive patient information

    \- Meet productivity and quality goals set by the company

     

    Qualifications:

    \- High school diploma or equivalent required

    \- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or clerical work preferred

    \- Proficiency in computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly

    \- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

    \- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

    \- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

    \- Must be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently

    \- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus
