Present tailored insurance and wealth management solutions that align with their individual needs. • Build strong relationships by actively listening to clients, assessing their financial priorities, and recommending suitable insurance plans that provide comprehensive coverage and peace of mind. • Implement proven sales strategies to acquire new clients while maintaining and expanding an existing portfolio of loyal, long-term policyholders. • Collaborate with clients to develop and execute personalized risk management strategies that align with their unique profiles and financial objectives. • Stay informed on industry trends, evolving insurance protocols, and regulatory updates to ensure compliance and provide clients with the most up-to-date solutions. • Monitor and assist with insurance claims to ensure a seamless and satisfactory resolution for clients. • Maintain accurate records, update sales databases, and track progress toward monthly goals, providing regular reports to stakeholders. Qualifications: • No insurance license is required to apply; however, candidates must obtain licensing if selected for the role. • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required. • Experience with accounting software or sales lead management tools is a plus. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: $72,000 - $100,000 at plan earnings
