    Job description

    Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician to join our medical team. As a Physician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and promoting overall health and wellness. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

    Duties:

    • Conduct thorough medical evaluations, including patient history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests

    -manage a primary care facility for Medicare and Medicaid patients

    • Diagnose and treat various acute and chronic medical conditions
    • Develop personalized treatment plans for patients, including medication management and lifestyle recommendations
    • Perform procedures such as coding, aliment, esthetic laser treatment, ventilate, acute pain management, etc.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of services
    • Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment options, and overall wellness
    • Document all patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner using electronic medical record systems (eClinicalWorks)
    • Adhere to established clinical protocols and standards to ensure the delivery of safe and effective care
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
    • Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical research, technologies, and treatment modalities

    Qualifications:

    • Medical degree from an accredited institution
    • Board certification or eligibility in the respective specialty
    • Valid medical license in the state of practice
    • Strong clinical knowledge and skills in coding, aliment, esthetic laser treatment, ventilate, acute pain management, etc.
    • Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems (eClinicalWorks)
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
    • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
