We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. We deal in the trucking industry and hire Class A CDL drivers in all 48 states.
Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Creating new recruiting strategies
Contacting leads of CDL driver
Explaining the open position to the driver in detail
Sending applications and ensuring the driver completes it
Following up with drivers as they are processed and onboarded
Promoting the company on a wide basis
Experience as a Recruiter is a plus but not required
Excellent analytical skills

Confidence speaking on the phone
Organization and knowledge of Google Sheets
Effective communication skills
