We are seeking a motivated Remote Sales Representative to help expand our reach and grow our client base.
Previous sales experience is one key consideration along with a detailed understanding of law enforcement operations and recruiting. Retired law enforcement professionals with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
We are seeking part-time and full-time professionals willing to work on a commission based salary.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and reach out to law enforcement agencies to introduce our recruiting services.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their recruitment needs and challenges.
- Consultative Selling: Provide tailored solutions for agencies, highlighting the value of our recruiting expertise and services.
- Lead Generation: Research and generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to decision-makers in law enforcement agencies.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Market Research: Stay informed about trends in law enforcement recruitment, ensuring our services meet industry demands.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the recruitment, staffing, or law enforcement sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Knowledge of law enforcement industry practices and challenges is a plus.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using virtual communication tools.
