    We are looking for a highly self-motivated, results-driven professional with a strong sales background and proven experience in long-term relationship management. The ideal candidate thrives in a remote environment, is comfortable working independently, and excels at negotiating, problem-solving, and finding creative solutions to close deals and strengthen partnerships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Venue Acquisition & Negotiations – Secure, build, and maintain strong relationships with hospitality venues, negotiating favorable terms that support long-term growth.
    • Client & Partner Engagement – Act as the primary point of contact for venue partners, ensuring seamless communication and trust-building.
    • Scheduling & Coordination – Manage and organize schedules, ensuring all logistical details align for a successful event experience.
    • High-Volume Communication – Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including clients, venue managers, and internal teams, via phone and email in a professional manner.
    • Independent Task Management – Take ownership of assigned tasks, meeting deadlines and delivering results without direct oversight.
    • Fast-Paced Problem Solving – Handle last-minute scheduling changes and unexpected challenges with confidence and efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven sales experience with a focus on long-term client relationship management.
    • Hospitality venue experience is REQUIRED.
    • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with exceptional time management.
    • Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and remote work tools.
    • Ability to work independently and stay motivated without direct supervision.
    • Professional, confident, and personable in high-volume communication settings.
