At our Home Care Agency and Adult Day Center, your work helps ensure that seniors and individuals with special needs get the care, meals, and transportation they depend on—every single day. You’ll play a crucial behind-the-scenes role, keeping our clients connected, comfortable, and supported.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate caregiver shifts and Adult Day Center scheduling.
Arrange transportation for client appointments and center visits.
Schedule and confirm home-delivered meals
Set appointments for Integrated Healthcare Coordination visits with clients and providers
Communicate effectively regarding scheduling needs only—keeping things clear, respectful, and timely
Answer and respond to after-hours phone calls, such as cancellations, shift changes, or urgent care needs
Track, document, and update scheduling information in real-time
Collaborate with our admin and care teams to ensure every shift and visit is covered

What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma (required); Associate degree preferred
Experience in home care, adult day services, or healthcare scheduling is a big plus
Strong attention to detail and a passion for getting things done right
Clear, professional, and respectful communicator—especially when handling time-sensitive calls
Reliable, responsive, and ready to solve problems with grace
Comfortable using scheduling software, spreadsheets, and basic tech tools
Ability to stay calm and helpful—even when things change quickly
Schedule:
Flexible daytime hours
Includes after-hours phone coverage (rotating or fixed schedule)
Every other weekend availability may be required
