Position Overview:
We’re looking for ambitious, coachable, and self-motivated Remote Solar Sales Consultants to join our virtual team. Whether you’re experienced in solar or new to the industry, if you can build rapport, follow a proven process, and close deals – you’ll thrive here.
🔋 What You’ll Do:
• Conduct virtual consultations with homeowners using Zoom or phone
• Educate clients on solar energy solutions and savings opportunities
• Use provided tools (CRM, proposal software, etc.) to guide the customer journey
• Manage your sales pipeline and follow up with leads regularly
• Work inbound leads and/or self-generate opportunities if desired
• Collaborate with our support team to ensure smooth installations
💰 Compensation & Perks:
• 100% remote, flexible schedule (full-time or part-time)
• Uncapped commissions – top closers make $8,000–$15,000/month
