    Prime Dental is a leading provider of dental services and products, dedicated to improving the oral health of individuals and communities. We are currently seeking highly motivated and customer service oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as Call Center Agents. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, providing information and support to customers, and ensuring a positive experience for all.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    \- Handle incoming calls from dental offices, patients, and potential clients with professionalism and courtesy

    \- Provide information and support regarding our products, services, and procedures

    \- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, and schedule appointments

    \- Enter and update customer information in the company database

    \- Assist with billing and payment inquiries

    \- Escalate calls to the appropriate department or individual when necessary

    \- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call volume, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance metrics

    \- Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends to better assist customers and provide accurate information

    \- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including privacy and security protocols

    \- Collaborate with team members and management to identify and implement process improvements for enhanced customer service

    \- Take ownership of customer concerns and consistently strive to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner

     

    Qualifications and Skills:

     

    \- High School Diploma or equivalent education

    \- Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center or customer service role

    \- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    \- Strong multitasking and time management abilities

    \- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software

    \- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls

    \- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

    \- Knowledge and understanding of dental terminology is a plus

    \- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
