    The Law Offices of Erin J. Lee is seeking a bilingual immigration attorney with at least 5 years of experience. We are looking for someone dedicated, skilled, and passionate about helping individuals secure immigration benefits before USCIS and EOIR. Responsibilities • Maintain timely communication with clients, team members, and relevant agencies. Collaborate on weekly case reviews. • Draft and file court pleadings and relief applications, ensuring quality control of submissions and legal briefs. • Oversee the work of legal assistants and paralegals, finalizing application packets for USCIS and EOIR. • Prepare for client meetings, develop strategies, and assist clients in gathering necessary documentation for strong case building. • Delegate tasks effectively, utilizing team members’ strengths and technology to maximize productivity. • Achieve individual goals while contributing to the firm’s collective objectives, aligning with KPIs and expectations. Qualifications: • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. • Ability to travel to our Escondido, CA office and collaborate with virtual legal assistants. • Passionate about advocating for immigrants and working with victims of trauma. • Strategic thinker with litigation experience and strong legal research and writing abilities. • Thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment with a positive attitude. • Detail-oriented, committed to best practices, and able to meet deadlines under pressure. • Basic knowledge of MS 365, PDF, and Excel; proficient typing skills. • Work independently and collaboratively. • Identify and research legal issues, making informed recommendations. • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. • Strong understanding of immigration law and procedures. • Licensed to practice law in any U.S. state. • At least 5 years of experience with EOIR and USCIS, specifically in family-based immigration (including waivers, consular processing, VAWA, and U and T visas). Compensation: $90,000 - $150,000 yearly
