Responsibilities: • Represent clients in removal proceedings before the Immigration Courts. • Develop and execute effective legal strategies for clients facing deportation. • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis. • Prepare and file legal motions, briefs, and other court documents. • Represent clients at hearings and trials. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners. • Travel to court appearances and engage in business development activities. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in removal defense. • Strong knowledge of immigration law and procedures. • Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
