Job Summary

Established in 1989, Renah Appliance Repair started as a small one man business in Monsey, NY. Over the past two decades, our business has expanded substantially to include a team of on-staff licensed technicians, as well as a full fledged customer service department. We service all of Rockland County and Brooklyn, NY. We have maintained our small business charm and strive to please our customers.Our goal is to meet the complete satisfaction of every client, while offering knowledgeable, efficient and friendly service at affordable pricing

Ideal candidates will have:

· 2+ years diagnosing and repairing home appliances.

· Strong customer service and problem resolution skills.

· Be flexible with daily scheduling and demonstrate a sense of urgency to meet customer time requirements.

· Be safety oriented, punctual, mechanically inclined, reliable and have a passion for working in an environment where customer service is the primary focus.

We provide:

Top-notch training, a company service van; specialized tools (you must provide standard Technician tools); ongoing product training and support, uniforms, company laptop computer, company cell phone, competitive pay and.

We will train you to:

· Look up and order parts using laptop/iPhone;

· Communicate continuously with office & customers;

· Maintain truck stock inventory within company guidelines and standards;

· Follow truck maintenance schedule and keep a clean, neat organized truck;

MUST HAVE'S Include:

· Experience with repairing appliances or electronic and mechanical items, with ability to read schematics, blueprints, diagnostic manuals and perform internet research.

· Ability to work a flexible schedule to include Sundays

· Valid Driver’s license with clean driving history;

· Ability to be CORI certified (background screening)

Compensation: $50,000 to $80,000.00 /year, negotiable with experience
