Responsibilities: • Work with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits in order to close the deal • Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing • Arrange for any required maintenance and periodically inspect properties to ensure our level of company standards are being upheld • Confirm rental application data and personal references to ensure accuracy • Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants to help secure rental agreement • Explain the requirements for potential tenants • Review the rental application process with potential tenants • Meet and qualify for rental opportunities provided to you by the company Qualifications: • Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations • Proven track of successful sales record • Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written • Competent in Microsoft Office programs and willingness to learn new programs and systems • Knowledge of types of homes and their heating systems • Strong knowledge of neighborhoods in Philadelphia Compensation: $55,000+ at plan commission
