About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Roselawn True Value as a Rental Center Operations specialist! In this exciting role, you will oversee the daily operations of our rental center, ensuring exceptional service and a seamless experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Manage rental equipment inventory and ensure all items are well-maintained and ready for customer use.
Assist customers in selecting the right rental equipment for their projects and provide expert advice.
Process rental transactions efficiently and accurately, including contracts and payments.
Coordinate the scheduling of equipment rentals and returns to optimize availability.
Conduct regular inspections of rental equipment to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
Train and mentor new staff on rental procedures and customer service best practices.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure a positive rental experience.
Collaborate with the sales team to promote rental services and drive business growth.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in rental operations is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to operate various rental equipment and provide basic maintenance.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and rental management software.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment safely.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
