Rental Coordinator

We are looking for a Rental Coordinator to help manage rental equipment, assist customers, and keep things running smoothly. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with equipment, this could be the perfect role for you!
Pay & Benefits:
- $20 - $25 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Manage Equipment: Receive, distribute, and organize rental equipment and supplies
- Track Inventory: Keep accurate records of equipment in the warehouse and yard
- Inspect & Prepare Rentals:
* Conduct pre-rental inspections
* Complete necessary paperwork
* Ensure equipment is clean, tagged, and ready to go
- Check-In & Repairs:
* Inspect returned equipment for damage
* Tag and transport damaged equipment for repair
- Keep Things Organized: Maintain a clean and well-ordered rental area
- Assist Customers: Provide equipment instructions and demonstrations
- Deliver & Pick Up Equipment: Help with transportation as needed
- Follow Safety Guidelines: Wear proper gear and maintain a professional appearance
Requirements:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and cost calculations
- Physical ability to perform job-related tasks (with or without accommodations)
- Valid driver's license
- Must wear safety-toe boots and follow safety guidelines
- Ability to pass a company-required drug screening if requested
